Description of Work: Client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Workflow Process Analyst who will be part of the project team tasked for developing strategy, plans and applications for ServiceNow solutions. Initial work will focus on establishing a ServiceNow developer instance for creating solution Proof of Concepts (POC) and developing workflow and processes for Prod implementation. Work will focus on: Conducting Discovery sessions with stakeholders to further refine requirements Supporting the development of processes that can be improved with advanced tools and automation. Lead efforts in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows Developing POCs for customer demos Developing ServiceNow solutions through DEV, TEST, INT, and PROD using Agile methodologies Develop integrations with other agency tools as required Requirements Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed. Bachelors Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or IT Business Management (ITBM) 2 years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow process workflows Familiarity with one or more ServiceNow Platform areas 2 years of experience and proficiency with the following: o Agile development o System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.) o JavaScript o HTML for UI Pages, Content Pages o ServiceNow integration to Ansible Tower, Active Directory, and Splunk Applicantsmust be currentlyauthorized to work in the United States for any employer. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings. Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in a ServiceNow environment Experience with Oracle and stored procedures using PL/SQL Experience with designing and implementing REST based API integration services
