Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd was founded in Broomfield, Colorado in 1996. Pilatus’ new 118,000 square foot facility is custom-designed to conduct aircraft interior and exterior completions for all PC-12 NG and PC-24 aircraft delivering to North and South America. This new completions center consolidates the operations Pilatus has performed at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport for over 20 years.

Service Center/Customer Liaison Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Administer CrystalCare program by generating contracts, creating leases and administering monthly billing
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex, non-technical customer service inquiries
  • Activate Warranty coverage for new aircraft (Pilatus and all vendors)
  • Review, process and reconcile Warranty claims in a timely manner in accordance with applicable Warranty policies and Rules of Authority
  • Document and communicate best practices to improve overall Pilatus Class support
  • Monitor and document Service Center compliance with PCSA and report status to Customer Relations Manager
  • Provide procedural training to Service Centers and direct customers when necessary

.Requirements:

Service Center/Customer Liaison Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of customer operations experience in aviation
  • Professional manner and excellent communication skills essential
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage, assign, and track multiple tasks in a fast paced demanding environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor with the team and customers
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Knowledge of DocuSign software and Quantum is preferred
  • Ability to travel (less than 25%)
