We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Analyze current state challenges with Supply Chain business process in the areas of demand forecast, new activities, demand and supply planning Develop future business process for forecasting, demand and supply planning in lieu of current state challenges and areas of improvement Organize, develop, and lead process change initiatives to support business evolution Highlight and prioritize pain points across people, process, data and technology and identify opportunities for improvement across end-to-end Supply Chain business process Author critical deliverables within the business process workstream e.g. SIPOCs, KPIs/metrics and Process Maps, Supply Chain implementation roadmap Help develop/refine and communicate Key Performance Indicators, metrics and criteria to measure and assess Supply Chain operational performance Regularly coordinates planning changes with interfaces affected (e.g., Demand Lead, New Activities Lead, Supply Lead, Project Managers, etc.) Collaborates actively with project teams as contact person regarding master scheduling. Is responsible for assigned resources (e.g., clean room) across all products, utilization of entire capacity within the framework of the defined shift model and notification of significant deviations of capacity utilization to site management Represents Supply Chain Planning internally and externally Indirectly support cross functional teams across the network Requirements Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field or the equivalent work experience; Masters Degree preferred 4+ years experience in data analytics, supply chain, or process manufacturing preferred 3 years work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry preferred Knowledge of supply chain concepts Multiple years of professional experience working in cross-functional and/or project teams Strong communication skills High motivation and goal-oriented Ability to multi-task Ability process large amount of data and information Strong analytical and presentation skills
