We currently DO NOT have C2C or VISA roles Summary We are looking for a Contract Recruiter with strong corporate and operations recruiting experience. The Contract Recruiter will develop candidate pipelines by leveraging in-house tools and external social recruiting tools. Ability to manage external vendor activity and communicate effectively at all levels is required.They will be responsible for achieving Client’sstaffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advisinghiring managers. Will also be expected to develop relationshipsand act as the brand ambassador in the areas they support and hostinghiring events on and off site to drive direct hires to our fulfillment andcontact centers. Roles & Responsibilities Recruiting and evaluating external candidates through a variety of sources and recruiting techniques Engage candidates and internal client groups throughout the recruiting and selection process Manage onsite interview days, compensation review and reporting information to internal leadership Strong organizational and time management skills Experience managing remote client groups. Does not need to come from a warehouse or industrial background but do need to absolutely have experience in managing a high req load Anyone coming from a staffing agency background would be especially attractive Must be able to develop strong relationships with hiring managers Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting Corporate functional positions Minimum of 5 years full cycle recruiting experience a combination of corporate and agencypreferred BA/BS degree is preferred Proficient in social recruiting tools – LinkedIn Recruiter preferred ATS experience required – JobScience a plus Proven skills in MS office suite Able to demonstrate creative sourcing strategies Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues Demonstrated project management skills with aggressive deadlines Able to start ASAP Required Skills Work Authorization US Citizen Green Card Certifications & Clearance Requirements Not Required Benefits
