Real estate experience is not required, but enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are a must! The objective of this position is to assist Sales Counselors on the sale and closure of new single family homes in designated communities. This position will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically and professionally meeting and greeting prospective customers
  • Understands and utilizes all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
  • Passing along potential customers to our Sales Counselor
  • Displays a thorough knowledge of the company’s product lines, subdivisions, and relative community facilities
  • Passing along potential customers to our Sales Counselor
  • Greets all prospective customers as well as demonstrates the model home
  • Ensures the model home site is well maintained and presentable
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic computer skills

Minimum 2 years job experience
