We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible to provide overall management and direction for field project(s) from initial estimate through construction completion.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards and set up workable schedule for job cost control, labor, material and equipment.
Responsible for planning work schedule, determining manpower levels and arranging for assignment of project personnel.
Management of all financial aspects of the contract and meet with Executive Management team incrementally throughout the project to report status.
Responsible for establishing pre-planning meetings and weekly field staff meetings.
Preparation of monthly billing submissions, reports, studies and analysis.
Document pending problems and advise management.
Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
Maintain required project documentation.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Knowledge of plumbing systems; waste/vent,domestic water,natural gas,storm drain, etc.
Knowledge of various pipe, valves, fittings.
Ability to do quantity survey (take off/estimate) change orders with minimal assistance.
Knowledge of submittal process; gathering submittals, revising as needed, tracking.
Knowledge or RFI process.
Job cost accounting experience, including budgets and forecasting.
