We are looking for a NOC Support Analyst to work in Scott AFB, IL supporting our client. Clearance: Secret & US Citizen Salary: $40,000 Experience Requirements: – High School diploma and 1-3 yrs. of related experience. Able to work in a shift work environment – 24×7 operation. General understanding of network topologies, both transport and IP. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as will have to delivery information to customer at all levels. Desired Requirements: DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE). Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress. Clearance: Secret Job Duties: – This position is responsible for monitoring tickets for their entire lifecycle. Demonstrates working knowledge of high visibility customer ticket. Analyze status of tickets and verify next action is clear and concise. Monitor ticket queue to ensure contract performance goals are met. Utilize report data to identify and correct non-compliant tickets. Review and validate tickets are following published processes to include templates, notifications, and updating timelines. Coordinate and assign daily workload to technicians for resolution of incidents. Complete synopsis of incidents to government when requested. Provide pass down of high interest incidents to oncoming queuemasters. Consolidate list of scheduled maintenances and provide to technicians on shift. Collaborate with leads in all functional areas to restore services to customers more quickly. Provide situational awareness updates to both customer and contract leadership for all high visibility issues and tickets. Available to the customer for all informational request.
