Management Position Summary: HTF Managers are responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. We are deeply committed to excellence and reward our employees for their strong performance. Our Managers have responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The Manager leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
Management Responsibilities Include:
Leads Crew Leaders and Crew Members to consistently deliver outstanding service and a quality experience to every guest.
Motivates and directs the Crew to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in a clean and inviting environment.
Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results.
Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective crew talent.
Supports cultural initiatives of the Company and drive the CORE Training principles.
Provides coaching and feedback to employees and managers on team stations, products, processes and policies.
Ensures company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program.
Coaches, counsels and disciplines crew members as necessary.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience (1 or more year supervisory) in the restaurant industry.
Possess leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to hire, train, and coach employees and foster an environment of teamwork.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor and train a diverse team.
Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
