Greet residents, prospects, applicants and visitors to the leasing office
Answer phones courteously and respond to inquiries promptly
Tracks all phone and walk-in traffic by recording it into the system daily; prepare weekly traffic reports
Show models and ready vacant apartments to prospective residents and follow-up with potential residents.
Assist applicants with application process and gathering the supporting documentation
Maintain the required closing ratio
Maintain marketing materials
Manage vacancies by maintaining vacancy report daily, performing all checklist items to prepare vacant unit for move in and ensuring vacant apartments are ready for move in by performing minor cleaning of fixtures, floors, windows, etc
Promote resident retention through completion of tasks in Resident Retention Plan, and planning, assisting with and attending community events for residents.
Visit competitor properties quarterly and stay informed of competitor specials
Develop creative strategies to market the property to target audiences. Place ads for the property on sites designated by the Community and/or Property Manager
