Five Points Café is Searching for a Talented Kitchen manager.
- Maintaining Inventory
- Ordering from vendors
- Organize and monitor the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and time sensitivity
- Ensure we are ready for service
- Monitor food quality and plating of all food
- Problem solve any issues that may arise in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with other Operation Managers and Owner
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and staff evaluations
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience food, liquor, and beer ordering
- Possession or ability to obtain Food Handler's permit upon employment
Compensation based on experience.
