Job Description –
This position entails answering phones and servicing walk in customers. Taking sales orders and entering them into a computer. Applicant should be a dependable, motivated self starter and a solid team player with a solid work ethic. This is a full time (40hrs) hourly position w benefits.
Key Responsibilities –
Assist sales team in everyday customer service to include but not limited to:
– Fielding Calls
– Data Entry
– Order Creation
– Outside Sales Support
– General Office Tasks
Requirements and Qualifications –
3 years customer service experience is preferred. Multi-tasking, ability to analyze information and listening skills are a must. Microsoft proficiency. A knowledge of Cyrious systems is a plus. Promptness, adaptability and willingness to learn multiple positions. Time management with contributing to a team effort. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are highly recommended.
