Attorney must be Bilingual in Spanish and English and have experience working with USCIS and the Immigration Court. Must have excellent communication, writing, time management and analytical skills. Position will focus on removal defense, asylum, waivers, representation at USCIS interviews, motions to reopen, and appeals. Attorney must also be willing to assist with initial client consultations as needed. Experience preferred but candidates who recently passed the bar exam are also welcome to apply.
Familiar with Family petitions, asylum cases, SIJS, U-Visas, waivers (including I-601A, I-601, I-212), cancellation of removal, TN Visas, H1B, employment petitions EB3, EB2, eligibility under 245(i), and employment petitions. * Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals.Prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients.
