Job Description

Zeplin Security Group Inc is a successful, established company looking to fill an onsite Bookkeeper position that includes Admin Duties. This is a unique position requiring independence, flexibility, and experience. The successful candidate will possess the following Qualifications and Responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Bookkeeping experience
  • Familiar with bank reconciliations, accrual basis debits and credits
  • Confidentiality is extremely important
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Normal business hours required part-time ON-SITE 30 hours a week
  • General computer skills are required
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Bookkeeping
  • Answering phones and communicating with customers
  • Ability to work directly with the owner, service tech, vendors and customers
  • Willingness to learn our specialized software
  • Perform all other office tasks
