Job Overview

Researches and analyzes information to write reports supporting the development, evaluation, monitoring and implementation of comprehensive studies, plans, programs, and land development regulations.

$66,809 - $84,011

Ideal Candidate

This position is working within the Development Services Department. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience as a community planner or similar position. Possess strong knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of zoning administration, rezoning, and site development review. Must be able to effectively manage multiple deadline caseload. Supervisory experience involving assignment and oversight of application reviews, including approval authority desirable. AICP certification is desirable
