Working as part of the Marketing department, you will take responsibility for managing substantial budgets, our relationship with Kia Finance, and contributing towards our market-leading campaigns.The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about consumer finance, value process and improvements, and analytical with a good attention to data accuracy teamed with great communication skills. Key Responsibilities/Tasks:The Marketing Programmes Specialist will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UK’s retail sales. The individual will be a key part of the development, accurate budgeting and presentation of new quarterly campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of Kia to improve our retail sales and finance penetration. This role will also involve working closely with the Field Team and Kia Finance to ensure our offers have the maximum impact.
