Job Description: As an OpenAI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions to automate various aspects of customer service operations. Your primary focus will be on classifying tickets, generating automated responses, and directing specific tickets towards human intervention. You will work in a dynamic environment leveraging event-driven architecture and serverless computing technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI models and algorithms to classify incoming tickets based on predefined criteria and categories. Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze ticket content and extract relevant information for automated response generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing customer service workflow. Utilize Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) for queueing and AWS Lambda for serverless function execution. Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance software components using the Chalice framework. Continuously optimize AI models and algorithms to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to AI model inference, response generation, and workflow orchestration. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques. Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in developing AI-powered applications, preferably in the domain of customer service automation. Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with relevant libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers. Experience working with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and EC2. Familiarity with serverless computing concepts and experience with serverless frameworks such as Chalice or Serverless Framework.
