Position Summary:
Amplity Health has a current opportunity for a Global Program Director in our Medical Solutions division leading one of our top clients Rare Disease Clinical Trial Liaison team. The Program Director is responsible for designing, developing, and leading the strategy and plan for the life cycle of a project. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking and day-to-day operations oversight collaborating with key Client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and overseeing a team of field based clinical professionals. The field based clinical professional role focuses on engagement with institution-based healthcare providers working on clinical trials (i.e., Principal Investigators, Sub Investigators, Research Managers, and Clinical Research Coordinators). The Program Director role includes partnering across major functional areas such as Account Development, Project Management, Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance to ensure delivery of the services aligned to the SOW.
The role serves as the primary point of contact for the Client (biopharma) partner on behalf of Amplity. In this capacity, the role is responsible for hosting meetings with the client to ensure strong two-way communication, delivery of the services to client expectations, planning with the client for both short-term and long-term deliverables, and to ensure connectivity of the client to the right internal stakeholders at Amplity, as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting strategy, developing the program objectives and tactics, program implementation; daily program oversight; issue resolution, contracting; Talent Acquisition; CRM system use and data integration; KPI development, reporting, and analysis; budget management; Incentive Compensation Plan structure; team member training; Compliance; and Onboarding related activities. The main therapeutic area of focus for this position is immunology.
