Job Description and Duties
Works with students individually and in groups; teaches, tutors, supervises, disciplines, advises, consults and counsels; assists students in developing skills that will promote their independent living or home environment; drives school vans and or deliver items to meet students’ needs; maintains accountability of students’ whereabouts; collaborates with departmental personnel in planning a total education environment for students; plans, implements and evaluates student development programs, prepares routine reports on students’ behavior, charts and report cards; maintains log books; and contacts parents on a regular basis; works at evenings.
