Overview
Corporate IT, Rate Services Department is seeking a Business Analyst to work with business and development teams to deploy application releases.
Duties
Job Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Attend meetings with business representatives to determine requirements for specific applications or solutions.
• Design, document and maintain process flows, technical/functional requirements, specifications, flow diagrams and mock-ups for the development team.
• Perform functional testing prior to application releases.
• Work collaboratively and cohesively with all team members, including off shore members.
• Demonstrate high degree of accountability and operate proactively.
• Detailed oriented, highly organized, and results-driven
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with business owners and development teams.
• Strong Mathematical skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or related field• Title, escrow, financial or mortgage industry experience within a large organization strongly preferred. • Experience in developing Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal, written communication, and people skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
