Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Ownership and coordination of effective servicing of regional CPI and Lender-Placed (FOH) cases including
o Coordinating the client-facing action of internal Allied departments and relevant Field staff (LSPD, Risk & Financial Management, Sales Rep and/or Client Development Manager/’CDM’, CPI Sales Specialist, etc.)
o Ensuring effective preparation and pricing of prospect cases in collaboration with Sales Rep, Risk & Financial Management, and others.
o Service to accounts in alignment with the CRRM Servicing Standards for CPI and FOH
• Accountability for and coordination of the regional case management process
o Analysis and review of case management plans with the Regional Senior Vice President
o Regular review of Profit and Loss Experience for all CPI and GAP accounts to identify status and trends
o Coordinated development of case management plans for financially under-performing CPI and GAP accounts through consultation with relevant internal associates (both Product and Field)
• Provide on-going service to specifically-designated accounts – and when requested in situation-specific cases by Regional Management and/or Field staff
• Coordinate the delivery of effective training for clients related to the product features, technologies, and processes of CPI and FOH whether done by the CRRM or by others with identified roles and responsibilities.
• Education, training, and support of CDM education and training efforts leading toward CDM competency with the product and systems related to CPI and FOH.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience with one or more of the following:
o Administration and/or coordination of a CPI and/or or Lender-Placed (‘FOH’) program
o Work within a financial institution’s collections and/or risk mitigation departments
o Lending experience in a financial institution setting
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with verbal and written presentations to groups of people
• Strong service focus required
• Attention to detail
• Clear grasp and/or aptitude for lending and insurance concepts
• Strong analytical capabilities related to numerical information
• Capability to explain product concepts and their application within technology platforms (e.g. CenterPoint, UniTrac, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to organize one’s own time and tasks
• Ability to interact with and motivate many different kinds of people
• Ability to problem-solve with people around complex product and service issues
• Intermediate ability as an end-user of personal computer and software programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to obtain P&C licenses within 6 months
• Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
