Leeds Professional Resources is looking for a business development manager to join our growing team! The Business Development Manager requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of their clients and business. This role is 75% sales and 25% recruiting. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented and has strong relationships in the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business leads that turn into contracts and placements.
• Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
• Generate temporary Service sales by developing new client relationships.
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
• Foster relationships with new clients
Qualifications:
• H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.
• 3+ years of business development in local areas
• Must have established clients in local areas
