Legislative Administration’s Information Services department is recruiting for an experienced Applications Developer 3 to round out their talented team. Information Services delivers innovative technology solutions and services to support the legislative process.
Information Services Staff, including Applications Developers, work collaboratively to provide quality services and support to the entire Legislative Branch, must be able to work independently to timely and thoroughly support their complex work assignments.
This position requires an individual that is experienced with building, designing, and developing complex, integrated enterprise systems including cross functionality between multiple systems and will be prepared to lead the planning and development of projects across the enterprise.
The Applications Developer 3 will be well versed in the full spectrum of Legislative systems and business processes.
Underfill Opportunity:
The goal of this recruitment is to fill this position at an Applications Developer 3 level. However, we encourage candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for an Applications Developer 2 ($6,858 - $10,285) to apply, as we may consider underfilling the position until the selected candidate meets the minimum qualifications for an Applications Developer 3. Underfill training will not exceed 24 months.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and seven (7) to nine (9) years of experience.
Applications Developer 2 (underfill):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience.
*An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of either position may be considered.
