Licensed to operate small tugs, forklifts, scissor lifts, and snorkel lifts. Understands tagging, CB lockout procedures, and fuel cell entry procedures. Component removal / installation with limited supervision. Assist in basic rigging / adjustment tests. Basic understanding of A/C fueling / servicing/ marshalling. Become familiar with system operations / cockpit layout. Understand hazards associated with flight control operationsPhysical Environment: Requires easy mobility around all sections of the facility and the dexterity to install various electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems. Must possess the ability to distinguish colors to perform work adequately. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and report to work regularly. Qualification:Minimum: 3 years experience in military or commercial aviation maintenance ORCommercial or military experience and an Airframe license (A&P) with min of 6 months experience (for Licensed roles) Working knowledge of the following skills: Safety wiring, engine servicing, engine CSD servicing, tire inflationA/C wash rack/cleaning procedures and lube proceduresHydraulic pressurization/depressurizationWingwalker/aircraft towingA/C marshallingTorque wrench values/operationBasic safety proceduresEngine cowling openingNose Radome removal/installApplication of external powerStairs/entry door operationAPU servicing cargo door operationFuel tank entry proceduresOperation of reader printers/IPC, electrical HOBART, HUFFERGeneral knowledge of all applicable F.A.R’s
