Job SummarySeeking only local Sales Executive candidates to the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, Wisconsin area who will develop new business, manage assigned accounts for further development. They are responsible for providing excellent internal and external customer service, accurate and timely project specifications along with solid, effective communication throughout the organization.Essential Functions:Provide research and development for new business.Conduct customer needs analysis.Create solutions to full customer needs the meet / exceed their objectives.Facilitate client’s projects through collaboration with a network of support resources throughout the company to satisfy customer requirements.Understands the process flow for each facility to promote consistent project execution from concept through billing including cross platform projects.Focus on establishing strong relationships with customers.Communicates directly with client to receive and to interpret specifications, to work through operation issues and to propose solutions.Coordinate customer requests for structural design, accurate pricing, and requests for press time per facility. Ensure that customer specifications align with our proposal.Works with all departments as necessary to ensure customer deadlines are met.Communicates changes in job status affecting an order prior to production to the appropriate departments and initiating additional RFEs as necessary.Review and communicate order management updates as received.Participate in and/or facilitate internal preproduction meetings to specifically communicate customer requirements, concerns, workflow, or preferences to the assigned PM, CSR. This is especially critical for new clients or when a change in staff has occurred.Initiate post-production meetings as necessary.Able to respond to production facility inquiries on behalf of client/SE.Facility visits as projects dictate. This includes any strategic partners we have engaged.Initiate & facilitate post-production meetings as necessary.Supports customer facing sales support activities inclusive of press-okays and facility visits.Review invoices for completeness and accuracy.Resolve discrepancies by working with the customer/SE.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of selling Direct Mail.Integral knowledge of the printing process – Digital, Sheetfed and Web/Inline, Lettershop Services.Demonstrates the ability to successfully complete a variety of tasks and/or responsibilities by effectively determining priorities and by finding ways to complete more efficiently.Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the company, external clients and prepare professional correspondence (emails, letters, reports).Proficient presentation & computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Education/ExperienceCollege Degree – graphics arts, business administration preferred.Experience - Five years plus in graphic arts – customer service, sales service.Compensation: Salary with Commission Structure. $100K to high six figure income!
