Responsibilities:Execute cold calling strategies to generate leads and secure sales from Commercial and Industrial property owners and managers in the retail electricity supply sector.Utilize online CRM to meticulously track and manage the entire sales lead process.Generate accurate and error-free reports using online CRM, presenting comprehensive results during weekly meetings.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, refine proposal development processes, and optimize messaging.Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials for company products, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Foster effective communication with management to enhance promotion, engagement, and overall success through signed contracts.Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeOver 3 years of business sales experience in the private sector, with a preference for candidates with experience in the energy segment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and knowledgeable in online CRM systems.Highly skilled in the digital landscape, including virtual meetings, prospecting software, solar development analysis, and online sales platforms and proposal development systems.Preferred knowledge of and interest in renewable energy.Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with customers ranging from C-Suite executives to gatekeepers.Demonstrates the ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and attention to detail.Excellent time-management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.Demonstrates flexibility, a positive attitude, takes initiative, and exercises good judgment.Experience:Electricity Sales: 3 years (Preferred)MS Office: 1 year (Required)Inside Sales: 3 years (Required)
