Role Overview: (Experience level 4-15 years)
As a Relationship Manager for Commercial Mortgages at Yubi you will be responsible for sourcing and managing new business volumes focused on secured loans such as Commercial Mortgage Loans, Loan against Property, Financing against Rental Income Generating Properties/Lease, Rental Discounting. Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing as well as developing strategic partnerships to drive asset business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Source new business through targeted sales activities specializing in secured loans for entities and individuals.
- Identify and attract new borrowing relationships for secured loan offerings.
- Manage self-sourced secured loan applications and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
