About the Role
WSP in the Middle East is currently hiring for a Principal Electrical Engineer (Data Centres) who will lead multidisciplinary design, advisory, and delivery of mission‑critical data centre projects across the region.
The role will oversee client engagement, project strategy, technical excellence, and team leadership, while ensuring all data centre solutions meet global standards for resilience, sustainability, and scalability.
+ Lead the design, integration, and delivery of electrical and MEP systems for mission‑critical data centre projects.
+ Provide technical governance by reviewing and approving engineering deliverables aligned with global standards and client requirements.
+ Drive development of modular, cloud, colocation, and hyperscale data centre solutions.
+ Act as the primary client interface, building trusted advisory relationships across key accounts in the region
+ Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and senior stakeholder presentations....
