Requirements A leader and problem solver You should resonate with our Mission, Vision and Core Values 7+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Advisor with minimum of 3 years at an independent auto repair shop Hands-on leadership and supervisory skills; able to motivate and coach Service Advisor and work closely with automotive technicians to insure a smooth and efficient workflow Positive and friendly attitude Honest, ethical and empathic toward customers Customer service & customer relationship building skills Experience with parts ordering, working with suppliers and cataloging parts Strong organization skills with knowledge of appointment scheduling processes Great communication skills (in-person, phone, email) and team player able to work well with co-workers, subordinates and manager Ability to recommend additional service required for customer safety and improved car performance Good computer skills and knowledge of at least one brand of shop management software Very good listener Energetic, proactive and driven to achieve excellence Able to learn and adapt Able to perform office duties accurately Valid Drivers License with clean record Not interested or not Qualified?
