China Mobile International (USA) Inc. is looking for a driven and versatile Administration Executive who will empower our HR and Administration team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages work facilities and office supplies to support a safe and effective working environment.
  • Identifies new potential vendors to work with to provide services within the office while managing current vendor relationships.
  • Partners with the HR and Finance team to plan and facilitate company cultural and inclusive events.
  • Interacts with associates in a professional and pleasant manner to answer administrative questions.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with the interpretation of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Responsible for managing the procurement process for office supplies and company computers. Managing the fix asset auditing processing.
  • Other special projects and clerical duties assigned by HR and admin management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related qualification.
  • At least 3+ years of office administration and management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
