International business to business wholesaler/distributor looking for a secretary / data entry specialist to:
– input and edit sales orders
– create shipping labels
– answer customer phone calls
-assist with walk in customers
We are a fast paced company where multi-tasking, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a positive attitude are essential. Order entry must be quick and accurate. Prior data entry experience preferred.
Prior sales, customer service, phone handling, Microsoft Office, and Fishbowl Inventory experience helpful. Quickbooks experience highly preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
