Job Description seoClarity continues to grow and with the expansion of our sales team we are adding a Sales Manager to oversee our sales and prospecting strategy. This key member of the sales organization will help with prospect opportunities, support for the sales team, outbound business development efforts, and create processes that will help us scale. You will be supporting the sales management team with some of our most strategic go-to-market and operational initiatives. The Sales Manager will bring their experience to lead and coach salespeople of ranging seniority, from Sales Development Reps to Senior Sales Executives. You will first learn and execute the established sales processes and then work to innovate and accelerate results. The Sales Manager will help drive and build the go-to-market strategy, processes, and workflow efficiencies for Sales. You should have experience leading a sales team and achieving quota on a consistent basis. Analytical skills and attention to detail are critical in this role. Role Responsibilities Building and managing a sales team to execute our growth strategy. Managing the top of funnel for scalability based on process-based outreach. Executing our targeted Account Based Marketing approach. Coaching reps to ensure continuous development. Increasing win rate by innovating on existing presentation and storytelling practices, including developing new scripting, building new sales content, and teaming with sales engineers. Managing RFPs, Security Assessments, legal processes and other operational sales needs. Creating and automating reporting between various systems such as CRM, Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc. Requirements Requirements 3+ years of sales management experience in SaaS / digital marketing. Ability to showcase a proven track record of successfully driving sales growth with enterprise buyers. Strong awareness of digital marketing with a preference toward SEO and search marketing experience. Must be thoughtful and resourceful and willing to create new resources to aid the sales cycle. Effective, clear, and concise communication and presentation skills. A data-driven, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail. Bachelors degree in technology, marketing, or business.
