Job Description & Responsibilities – Starting salary range $32,000-$35,000 with room for advancement
Answer telephone, screen and route calls as appropriate. The company’s goal is to have every call during normal business hours answered by the receptionist/administrative assistant;
Ensure reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas are tidy;
Answer email and in-person inquiries about company or route to the appropriate person;
Schedule appointments, maintain relevant calendars electronically. Coordinate meetings and organize catering for seminars.
Coordinate travel arrangements;
Coordinate, including planning and decorating, various office events such as Broker seminars & Medicare meetings.
Support Administration for the entre Agency licensing for multiple States.
Assist Marketing Department by receiving requests for events, registering for approved events, coordinating any needed supplies for the events such as badges and literature. Helping with travel arrangements for event attendees;
Perform other related duties as required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills especially telephone skills;
Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;
Good teamwork aptitude;
Interpersonal skills, discretion, courtesy;
Autonomy, initiative and good sense of responsibilities;
Good organizational skills;
High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience;
Experience in finance and accounting a plus;
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet.
