Job Description:

  • Follow all safety and laboratory SOP’s and procedures as outlined
  • Maintain Inventory and storage of chemicals, samples and standards
  • Operate and maintain Laboratory equipment as instructed, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, Moisture Balance, Karl Fisher, Balances, Dissolution, etc.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all testing procedures, calibrations, SOP’s and protocols
  • Method development and validation
  • Help contribute to problem solving
  • Perform all duties related to sample analysis
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. in chemistry, biology, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Empower, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-Headspace, ICP-MS, UV-VIS, ATR-FTIR, Particle Size Laser Diffraction, and other analytical software and instrumentation
  • Dynamic team-oriented person with excellent communication skills
  • Interest in analytical chemistry
  • Potential interest in research & development
  • Interest in an organization's long-term development and growth prospects with new state-of-the-art instrumentation onsite
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Entry level candidates will be considered as well as individuals with 1-3 years analytical laboratory experience
