The Marketing Operations Manager’s primary focus is to bridge the gap between marketing, processes, technology and data for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role is both technical and business-savvy and has interests in marketing and data. This person acts independently on client projects to manage email marketing, lead capture and lead management, automation workflows, lead scoring and reporting.

This position is open to anyone authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship who is residing in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Help evangelize best practices surrounding the use of CRM systems to drive marketing business objectives for our clients
  • Collaborate with the account lead to define and apply clients’ lead scoring criteria
  • Execute and manage ongoing updates as needed within clients’ CMS
  • Create and manage automation processes to align with clients’ lead management, lead assignment and lead lifecycle processes
  • Help account leads identify problems and find effective and timely solutions as related to their marketing tech stack
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the team’s performance and productivity
  • Consistently deliver accurate, on-time results for actions assigned by team members related to email marketing, website management (including website launch), CRM management, data analysis, reporting, marketing automation logic, list segmentation and application integrations
  • Renew HubSpot certifications annually to ensure upkeep with new features and best practices.

Requirements

Education & Training

Kuno uses HubSpot CRM software for most clients. Previous experience with HubSpot is required. You will be given access to the HubSpot Academy online courses for ongoing training and education. During the first 3 months of employment, you will be asked to complete several video courses that provide certifications for a variety of topics that will help you have the most success in this position. Most courses are composed of a few hours of watching videos followed by a short exam of around 50 multiple-choice questions. The certifications need to be renewed annually. You will also work closely with the Technology Director to learn our internal processes.

Job-Specific Requirements

  • Advanced, hands-on experience working within HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, Service and CMS hubs
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Salesforce preferred
  • Prior experience working at a digital agency is a plus
  • Efficient and pays attention to deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to identify competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and data-driven; finds meaning in the data
  • Logical thinking and process-driven; ability to design workflows and troubleshoot complex issues, and identify areas for improvement in current processes
  • Focus on accuracy and quality of results; strong attention to detail
  • Strong written/verbal communication; must be comfortable interacting with presenting data and recommendations to client

Compensation

  • Based on industry knowledge, geography (cost of living) and work experience in comparison to other candidates at the same job level
  • The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000
