Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team!

You will work closely with the CEO. Frequent international travel may be required. If you are unable to travel, you can still apply but please note that in your application.

You will perform clerical and executive assistant functions in order to drive company success, and be mentored in business development, financial accounting and project management. If a recent graduate, you must have a high GPA. You should be a top performer and ambitious but also creative and willing to work in somewhat unstructured work environments. Must be able to adapt to and manage change. We are involved in a variety of somewhat unrelated businesses — coffee shops, construction company, translation and interpretation company, commercial real estate — and you must be a quick learner.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Find new business opportunities (after going through training)
  • Maintain good records
  • Develop metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain communication with approximately 5 key personnel across the different businesses/product lines
