Produce new business revenue by contacting prospective clients to determine their risk insurance needs, develop proposals based on industry knowledge designed to best meet the clients needs. Provide on-going service to existing Property Casualty clients. Develop and assist clients in analyzing risks and develop innovative solutions. Build relationships with clients and company underwriters to improve the agency's ability to place coverage for our clients. Coordinate with management on sales campaigns. Maintain a working knowledge of appropriate rating, forms, etc., through in-house training and carrier training.
MOST IMPORTANT – partner with an experienced producer/Partner in the Firm to upsell and maintain his long-standing book of specialized business with the goal of assuming that book upon Partner's retirement.
