Inside Sales Representative Summary: The mission for an InsideSales Representative will be to provide Processing, Monitoring, Communicating, Selling and support to the sales stall, CSRs, Traders and customers. They will accomplish this by executing the following duties and responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for inside sales to the dairies which consists of,but is not limited to, selling ingredients off the price sheet, and managing individual deals with traders and selling ingredients at agreed upon prices. Responsible forthe sales, written contract, and communication that is contract related until that contract is entered into systems Responsible for active selling by way of calling dairies to gain competitive information, bids, and market information that is useful to maintain competitive pricing. Directly responsible for information shared with the traders and sales manager. Responsible for all aspects oforder entry for all products as it relates to your assigned accounts. This includes all (grain, mixed feeds, whey, molasses, sacks and commodities) daily orders placed by calling the dairies directly, setting up a set schedule for weekly loads, and/or accepting call-ins. Directly responsible for systems entry ensuring product comes from the correct locations, and is priced and applied correctly to contracts. Responsible for ALL customer service issues which include but are not limited to handling complaints, requests for paperwork, account reconciliations, resolving price issues, resolving logistics / transportation concerns, and product quality issues. Directly responsible for using the Customer Service Representative as a resource if need by in bring all problems to resolution. Responsible for the gathering and reporting of information to the CSR in requesting credits back to the daily for any reason. Responsible for aiding the credit department in collection efforts for accounts you are handling. Responsible forthe care and management of accounts in other customer bases when CRS is on vacation, or away from the office for any reason. Responsible to team members in relaying current commodity pricing daily.Responsible for other duties as assigned.
