We are currently hiring for an experienced Inside Sales Representative responsible for hunting new opportunities and winning new customers. Successful candidates will provide consultative support to prospects & clients in North America (USA & Canada), acting as a product and industry expert. He/She will work closely and report directly to the Director of Inside Sales. This opportunity is to join our new US office, just north of Wilmington, DE. The ability to run independent and insightful discovery calls; asking the right questions to successfully determine business requirements. Confident with strong business acumen and exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills. Is a proven sales professional with 2+ years of sales Has relevant industry experience in fleet management, HVAC, construction, leasing or other verticals that Positrace serves. Responsibilities Identifying new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. Converting high-quality ‘preferred’ customers to support growth and meet sales targets. Gather, record and update customer information in the client database. Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with new prospects. Demonstrate our GPS solution features online, focusing on the prospects challenges and pain points. Utilize, leverage and update internal technology to register and manage prospects and marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner. Timely answer and manage assigned Qualified Leads Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company’s CRM. Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics. Participate in regular sales meetings. Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales objectives.
