Full Time Position Front Office Administration/Billing at RMD Primary Care (Lawrenceville, GA)

Competitive Compensation: (401K, and health Insurance following trial period)

Employment type: Full-time

We are looking for an office/administration professional to join our team.

Must have skills are:

Minimum One Year experience

Fluent in English and Spanish as we are a dual language practice and over 50% of our patients are Spanish speaking

 

At least a years’ experience working with patient accounts and billing both on the phone and in person

Great communications and patient care skills

Ability to multi task

Lots of enthusiasm and a great attitude towards team work and high quality patient care and service

Good computer skills as the practice is completely electronic

Experience of electronic health systems covering both Electronic Health Records and Practice Management. (We use Aprima systems Knowles would be great)

*******Must speak fluent English and Spanish****

Responsibilities:
Being part of a closely integrated team in great facilities located by Gwinnett Medical Center providing outstanding primary care to a wide range of patients in the local community
 

Front Office: Reception, Check-In/Check-Out, Payments

Support & billing administration

 

Back Office: Scheduling, Batch close, medical record management, Medical staff

The more direct experience of this type of role the better

Principle Care Management services include, but are not limited to, performing comprehensive assessments, developing patient-centered care pans, providing episodic and longitudinal care planning. RN Care Managers also monitor acute facility stays and discharges, provide disease education and empower patient’s ability to develop self-management skills.
