Job Description

Do you want to make real impact as a digital marketer for a makeup start up where you can act as a CMO?

We are seeking a cosmetic lover who also has a strong passion for digital media and keen understanding of consumer and content marketing.

We need someone who is highly motivated and can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various digital platforms. She/he will be responsible for developing and managing digital content that is designed to gain new followers, engage users, and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. She/he will also create new digital/social marketing campaigns, build brand recognition, and manage all published company content. The successful candidate will be required to work with web and social analytic tools to track campaign progress, research industry trends, collect and review data to develop more effective campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency and content calendars across channels including Website, Blog, Emails, and Social Media
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and others
  • Create engaging written and visual content for company blog and manage editorial calendar that aligns with social updates
  • Monitor social media progress and campaign results using web analytic tools. Incorporate finding and propose ways to increase traffic and drive repeat purchase and foster loyalty to the brand
  • Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets
  • Secure and drive engagement with social media influencers

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
  • 2+ years of social media management experience
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for creative design across multiple platforms
  • Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices a plus
