Our goal is to provide clients with support and services that keep them productive, safe and up to date with the latest technologies. Our services include many cloud based and on premises solutions. We have always been a virtual company that works from home or at client sites.

A Day in the Life at Olson Technology: Each day starts with a morning huddle where we quickly gather via video chat to plan for the day. Then we move onto working projects or inbound calls. Firewalls, switches, access points, servers, cloud and desktops are all part of our daily support tasks. Much work is accomplished remotely from home base but we also go to client sites when hands on attention is needed
Qualifications to be a Tech at Olson Technology:
Strong ability to communicate technical jargon to clients in a manner that is understandable.
The desire to work remotely at home as well as traveling to client sites
Training in the Active Directory, Group Policy
Understanding of layer 2 and 3 switches
Understanding of access points
Cloud computing experience is a plus
