As a Customer Communications & Community Program Manager, you will drive customer awareness, adoption, and engagement with Cornerstone by delivering meaningful, timely communication through engaging channels.In partnership with internal stakeholders around the globe, this role will support programs and processes to enhance the customer experience.In this role you + Manage an ongoing operational plan for all customer communities+ Day to day community management including monitoring, moderation, reporting, internal adoption/promotion+ Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of the Customer Community strategy+ Coordinate and execute engaging and informative customer messaging delivery through our various messaging channels.+ Use new and existing communication channels to minimize customer effort and make it easy for customers to do business with Cornerstone.+ Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization and around the globe to make it easy for our customers to do business with Cornerstone.+ Develop and manage structure and processes for internal accountability amongst department leaders and other stakeholders.+ Set and track KPIs (key performance indicators) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
