Job Description

We are seeking a new Contracts / Administrative Assistant in our beachfront north Miami area location.

Responsibilities Include:

• Verify all contract processing on a daily basis

• Manage all affiliations to third-party companies

• Completing daily reports for senior management

 

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)

• Must be detail-oriented

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

• Must be able to type 35 wpm

• Should have excellent organizational and time management skills

• Must possess integrity and confidentiality

• (Experience in Vacation Ownership is a PLUS but not required)
