On Time Talent Solutions is actively seeking a Clinical Analytics Manager who will lead data analysis processes for in support of goals and initiatives identified in the Enterprise Strategic Plan. You will supervise and provide guidance to assigned team members regarding company policies, procedures, and workflows. Clinical Analytics Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for analyzing health care data and utilizing the data to identify opportunities for program and business intervention and potential areas in which to reduce expense and cost and improve quality Serve as an access point for Association staff and dissemination of valuable information to members for analysis Supervise production of reports in easy to understand format that displays financial, clinical and other information Manage the execution of creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by reviewing data design and analysis; approving metrics to be analyzed; defining, calculating, and validating algorithms; reviewing and approving results of analyses; and providing technical support Participate in study document reviews, e.g. clinical study protocols, statistical analysis plans, Mock Tables, Figures and Listings (TFL) shells Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on development of eCRFs and IRT systems Clinical Analytics Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field Extensive query language experience with common statistical software packages (e.g. SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access) with demonstrated ability to develop, test, and execute complex analytic processes Knowledge and experience working with medical and pharmacy data, provider claims data, and related coding schemas (i.e., ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, NDC) Experience working with large data sets Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and deadlines 4 years of experience in managing resources who are directly reporting preferred 2 years of experience in Alteryx tool preferred
