Position: Call Center Representative – Bilingual Spanish; Full Time [Brooklyn, NY]

Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking a bi-lingual SPANISH Call Center Representative for our Brooklyn Corporate Office.

A Call Center Representative performs a wide range of clerical functions specifically related to areas such as reception, answering telephones, distributing messages, and assisting the Coordination Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and facilitate resolve
  • Understanding of office operations for home care agencies
  • Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning patient and aide scheduling and coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate; some college credit preferred
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or other work related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet savvy
  • Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
