Our métier: the creation, production and distribution of Perfumes, associated scented products, and Beauty products. More than 500 employees work at our various sites in France (including Pantin and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and abroad. Our distribution extends to 14,000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermès stores and Hermès Fragrance and Beauty Personalised Spaces. An ambitious growth strategy featuring the development of new territories and the implementation of new distribution models and new industrial methods. Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermès Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients’ premises by a logistics service provider (14,000 points of sale throughout the world). Approximately 240 employees currently work at the site. The establishment in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) employs approximately 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalised spaces): collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc. Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London. Based in Miami and reporting directly to the Director of the Americas Region, this person will be responsible for reinforcing our Fragrance and Beauty positions in the United States in the wholesale distribution, by defining the right strategy and rolling it out thanks to our Distributor (Shiseido) on this market. COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT * Responsible for strategy implementation (agreed with top management) and accountable for P&L management (sales and profitability). * Commercial business strategy * Build a commercial strategy by retailer and by axis (Fragrances / Beauty) = assortment, pricing, product launches, trade activities, CRM, incentives, sales budget, forecasts, A&P support. * Establish direct relations with key retailers and work made-to-measure trade activities in line with the brand guidelines. * Distribution footprint = identify potential distribution expansion (new retailers or new doors) in line with the values of the House Hermès. * Digital / e-commerce = ensure a winning growth with a long-term vision, in line with the brand guidelines. * Sales monitoring and stock level management (at client + retailer level). * Merchandising = ensure an optimized visibility in PoS and identify opportunities for personalized spaces in key locations. IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING AND TRADE MARKETING PLAN * Product launches, trade marketing and merchandising plans = plan, forecast, implement and coordinate. * Follow-up and report market evolution and competition activities. RETAIL MANAGEMENT * Closely follow the performance of our Personalized Spaces and take corrective actions if needed. * Monitor P&L per Personalized Space. * Monitor ROI of all trade actions. * Monitor in-store activity and Hermès image with regular store visits (across States). * Decide and monitor the freelance and BCs strategy. PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR DISTRIBUTOR * Make sure to develop a win-win relationship with our Distribution partner. * Follow-up business results and establish close and frequent contacts to ensure Marketing implementation and Comercial development. * Report activities and sales across the organization (Managing Director, Marketing, Operations…). * 8 to 10 y. experience in the Fragrance & Cosmetics industry in the United States (with direct relations with retailers). * Entrepreneur, autonomous, rigorous, and analytical. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Team player and Problem solver. * Languages = fluent in English and Spanish / French not mandatory but is a plus. * Excellent knowledge of MS office software: Excel, Word, PPT.#06022021
