Minimum Education: Associate in Science in Interior Design (preferred)
Minimum Experience: Three (3) years
Specialty: Hospitality (preferred)

Expertise: Knowledge of the Interior Design process, including specifying products & understanding interior design drawings

Key Responsibilities: The position primarily involves assisting the Director of Interior Design for a world renown resort brand, to research, select, and specify/requisition a wide variety of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) as well as construction materials. As necessary, the Assistant will also work with other Interior Designs in the same capacity. The Assistant is responsible for contacting vendors, obtaining quotes and product samples, and coordinating renderings. Administrative tasks include scheduling and preparing meetings, corresponding with the client and on-site project managers, filing, and general office procedures. The Assistant must have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have high energy for a fast-paced office.
