Job DescriptionThe incumbent shall provide expert legal services through analyzing legal documents (primarily related to supply chain and clinical research), drafting contracts and other legal documents, assisting internal clients in negotiating mutually acceptable terms and conditions, and performing legal research. Essential functions and attributes include: Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements and advise executive leadership in furtherance of organizational priorities; Communicates clearly and concisely with interdisciplinary partners both verbally and in writing; Proposes creative solutions to complex business and legal problems; Ability to identify contractual risks that create legal and business exposure and to facilitate internal review of such issues; Technological proficiency and the aptitude to learn new computer applications; Initiative to drive projects through to completion; and An interest in the rapidly changing healthcare sector.
