Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for initiating, conducting, and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions required for the effective operation of an office. He/she will assist other branch personnel including key managers in a variety of administrative roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable/collections functions as assigned
  • Bank Deposits and reconciliation
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Monitoring/Safety reporting
  • Certified payroll/payroll functions as assigned
  • Assist with customer service and answering phones
  • Provide general administrative support for managers and staff
  • Create and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain various types of records
  • Complete special projects as required
  • Fulfill responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP
  • Offer suggestions and solutions on improving efficiency of general office procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Office suite; Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to learn and become proficient with business software applications
  • Background in basic administrative skills is preferred
  • 1-2 years basic office experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background check
