Learn more about benefits at Google .ResponsibilitiesParticipate in monthly and quarterly close related activities including derivatives and hedging, borrowings/debt, functional currency, cash and investments; this includes the associated internal and external (10Q/K) financial reporting process.Participate in treasury systems implementation and lead UAT testing to ensure treasury controllership objectives are met.Partner with internal stakeholders such as engineering, SOX and Internal Audit and drive results-oriented coordination.Manage and drive compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, particularly for manual controls, systems controls and information produced by entity (IPE) for the treasury accounting team.Lead special projects and initiatives from time to time, including planning and execution with treasury and other stakeholders.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
